Lauren shared with us safe and effective ways of working with plant spirits to created protected space, dispel negative energy, and aid in healing practices. Also discussed were the concept of Animism, professional pitfalls, safety concerns, and “psychedelics” as wise teachers rather than a “switch” to connect with Spirit.
