  The author of Become a Medical Intuitive and The Reiki Teacher’s Manual joined us for what was one of our best shows to date. We discussed intuition and psychic skills, their place in a client session, and covered many subjects related to ethics and scope of practice. A must listen for practitioners of any healing modality, especially for those who are intuitive.

Over her celebrated 30 year career Tina has assisted the healing process for many as a registered psychiatric nurse, Gestalt-trained counselor, clinical hypnotherapist, and energy practitioner. She has also trained hundreds of Reiki students since 1996 and is a fourth generation psychic and medical intuitive.

Sankhya is the ancient Vedic philosophy on which Yoga is based. We discussed it’s theories on how pure energy can result into matter, the collective consciousness and enlightenment, the energetic storehouse (called “chitta”)  and the impressions that we store from one lifetime to another, resulting in karma. Lynn shared with us ancient topics often unknown and rarely understood by modern Western Yoga teachers and whether or not she agrees with William Broad’s New York Times article which claimed Yoga to be a subversive sex cult.

Lynn Roberts is the owner of Banyan Yoga and Ayurveda near Philadelphia, PA. and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her additional certifications include Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Herbalist and Reiki Master Teacher which she earned under the study of Danielle Stimpson of Learn Reiki Philadelphia.  She also has an extensive background in the Martial Arts, and is working towards becoming a Doula (labor support specialist) and Massage Therapist.
